Account details (name, email, business info), billing details processed by our payment partner, and message data you send or receive through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
How we use data
To provide the service, deliver your messages via Meta's Cloud API, show analytics, process payments, and provide support. We never sell your data or your contacts' data.
WhatsApp data
Message content and contact data belong to you. We process it only on your instructions and in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
Security
Access tokens are encrypted and stored only on our servers. Data is isolated per workspace with strict access controls.
Retention & deletion
You can export or delete your data anytime. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
